My version of a health life is to do lots of exercise like Swimming, Jogging and Football and to eat healthy food. For a adult you should do about 30 minutes of exercise a day. And also eat 5 Veges and 3 peaces of Fruit. I eat about 3 Fruits And 4 Veges a day. You should eat more veges than fruit because fruit has lots of sugar what can turn into fat.
I rate my lunch box a 4/10 because there is a lot of sugar and only one piece of fruit
